It was my contention that the role of the law school was to provide the theory and the law firm or Bar the training in the practice of law. I did not think of it until reading your comment, but the firm that trains well will achieve a reward because its lawyers will be more valuable. Or at least know how to bill and collect (which, come to think about it, I wish was covered by a law school class.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
